Silencing unauthorised callers and privacy checkup are the two new capabilities that WhatsApp has announced are now available. After the instant messaging service added the ability to lock chats in a secured folder, this happened. The platform also revealed a private texting function in the interim.
In order to provide greater protection, the feature will automatically weed out spam, frauds, and calls from opportunistic callers. The call list will show these muted calls.
Users will receive numerous privacy levels with the privacy checkup, strengthening the security of messages, calls, and personal data.

WhatsApp will aid customers in setting up their privacy settings with the help of this new tool. Users will be taken through numerous privacy layers aimed to improve the privacy and security of their accounts by selecting “start checkup” in the WhatsApp privacy settings.
