Everyone will attend the meeting, barring the TMC and Abhishek Banerjee, according to Sanjay Raut

Today in New Delhi, the I.N.D.I.A. opposition alliance’s Coordination Committee will have its inaugural meeting. This committee consists of 14 people, and all except one will attend the meeting.

We will all attend the meeting today, committee member and Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut stated. The meeting’s agenda, which was decided upon, will be discussed. The meeting is going to be attended by everyone but TMC.

TMC politician Abhishek Banerjee is a member of this committee; nevertheless, ED and the BJP do not want him to attend this meeting.

At 4:00 PM, a meeting will take place at Sharad Pawar’s home in Delhi.

The location of this gathering would be NCP leader Sharad Pawar’s home in Delhi. This allows for the discussion of topics like candidate selection and seat sharing.

The agenda was created by the committee members, and it will be finalised at the meeting. The gathering will decide on coordinated rallies, cooperative publicity, and social media strategy. According to sources, the states have been separated into 4 groups in order to develop the plan for the elections and campaign. In the first and most significant category, states such as Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, and Karnataka have been included.

In these five states, the BJP has 212 seats, while the opposition has 180.

The focus will be on the alliance’s strength and unified strategy in the first five states. These five states have 212 Lok Sabha seats, with the BJP holding more over 180 of them. After 2019, the political scenario in these states has shifted. In the 2017 assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, the SP was reduced to 47 seats. In 2022, the number of seats will be increased to 111.

JDU has broken ties with the BJP in Bihar and joined forces with RJD to form the government. In Jharkhand, there is also an opposition government. The Sharad Pawar-Uddhav Thackeray team is staunchly supporting the Congress despite the fact that the Maharashtra government is led by the NDA. Congress asserts that it would duplicate Karnataka’s success in the Lok Sabha elections at the same time.

Problems may occur in fourth-tier states.

States in the second group include Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Chhattisgarh, where the contest is between the Congress and the BJP. The plan for these will be developed by merging national and state issues.

The third category contains Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, which are governed by NDA or I.N.D.I.A. parties. It’s not with anyone. The strategy will be different in this case.

States where a rivalry could develop amongst the members of the opposition alliance fall under the fourth category. Punjab, Delhi, West Bengal, Kerala, and Goa are a few examples. The seat sharing scheme for these nations will be the main topic of discussion.

The third I.N.D.I.A meeting saw the formation of 5 committees.

On August 31 and September 1, the opposition alliance’s third gathering took place in Mumbai. Nitish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar, and representatives from 28 opposition parties joined this as well as Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. In the conference, five committees including the coordination and campaign were formed.

On September 5, a campaign committee meeting was conducted.

The I.N.D.I.A. Campaign Committee’s inaugural meeting was conducted on September 5 in Delhi under the direction of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. In this, the campaigning up to the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and the next assembly elections in five states, including Madhya Pradesh, was discussed. Additionally, a plan was developed to corner the administration during the special session of Parliament that took place from September 18 to 22.

Fourth I.N.D.I.A meeting in Delhi or Bhopal

The opposition grouping Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (I.N.D.I.A.) will assemble for the fourth time in Delhi. The possibility of holding this gathering in Bhopal is also being discussed.
