2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza And Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara SUV Brings Over 2 Lakh Bookings

Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL), Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) has recently launched two new SUVs in the Indian market. One is the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara (Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara) and the other is the new Maruti Suzuki Brezza (Maruti Suzuki Brezza). Since the launch of both these SUVs, the company has been registering good sales numbers with their contribution. Apart from this, the new Brezza has managed to beat its main rival and Tata Motors’ best selling SUV Tata Nexon (Tata Nexon) in sales in the Indian market. The special thing is that according to the report, both the SUVs have managed to bring bookings of more than 2 lakh units for the Indian automaker.
Due to the booking of both these SUVs, the company also registered its highest ever sales in the second quarter. Maruti Suzuki India managed to sell more than 5 lakh units in the second quarter. Due to this, there has been a growth of 38 percent year on year in sales. It should be noted that apart from these SUVs, the company has launched several other models in India, due to which the sales have increased. Some of the recently launched models include 2022 Maruti Suzuki Baleno, new Maruti Suzuki Alto K10, facelifted Ertiga as well as CNG versions of other models.

Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara

The sales figures of Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara are probably a result of its modern design and features. In addition, the car comes with a 1.5-litre 3-cylinder TNGA Atkinson cycle petrol engine that is available with the option of a hybrid system that works with an electric motor. This powertrain gives the car an edge over its rivals like Kia Seltos, Hyundai Creta. The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara price starts at Rs 10.45 Lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 19.49 Lakh (ex-showroom).

2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza

Similarly, the 2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza gets the 1.5-litre four-cylinder K15C mild-hybrid petrol engine that produces 103 PS of maximum power output and 137 Nm of peak torque. In the new Brezza, many changes have been made in the exterior and interior as compared to the previous model. It is mated to a 5-speed MT or a 6-speed torque converter AT. The 2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza price starts at Rs 7.99 Lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 13.80 Lakh (ex-showroom).
