Q: Tell us about your background
My parents are not belonged to rich family in terms of wealth but they are who always valued the people in real sense of simplicity, helping nature and generous. They taught me the value of genuineness and to live on the true path.
Since childhood I was very much curious about the mystery of my life. Rather our lives. Always have questions popped in my mind, how all good & bad situations happens in our life. Why some are experiencing happiness and some are not in their lives. At the age of 8 years of mine where all children were busy in playing I was having all the questions as mentioned above and always tried to search answers for the same. My journey of spirituality was started when I was 12 years of age.
I started going to the satsang of teenagers and started the learnings of spirituality & always connected to the spiritual gurus & learned the lessons of spirituality at each and every milestones of my Karmic as well as spiritual life. My spiritual gurus are Athavale Guruji, Sadhguru Shri Wamanrao Pai, Sadhguru shri Jaggi Vasudev, Shree Swami Samartha.

I am a commerce graduate but since I was very much curious about how the situation are happened in our life. I deeply studied and did so many research on human mind and its psychology.
In 2013 I have started learning so many healing modalities and this learning process is still continues. The healing modalities which I have learnt are past life regression, Chakra Healing, clinical hypnotherapy, counselling, pranic healing, Reiki, Numerology, Graphology, Tarot Card Reading, Dream analysis, Vastu Counselling, Crystal healing, Access consciousness Bars & body process, Soul Akashic Records, Wrist watch analysis, Astrology, Angel Therapy, Numerographo, Drawing Therapy, Colour Therapy with vedic food nutrition, food medicine, theta healing, music & sound therapy.
From my teenage life I always connected with students who were my neighbours, relatives to whom I always guided to have right mindset. And also guided there parents about right parenting and vastu guidance. After my marriage I got job at bank. In my 18 years of banking career also I never left my passion of spreading awareness of right parenting and right mindset. My teaching, banking and my counselling, healing professions are all the timelines are continuously I was doing.
In July 2019, I decided to quit my banking career and only to pursue my passion that is healing & counselling. And teaching is my core. I am a passionate learner and a passionate teacher. Many students, parents & people within Mumbai and outside Mumbai I started educating them about right mindset to overcome the emotional health challenges and importance of value education and academic education. Also guiding the parents for right parenting, health, wealth and the relationship challenges they are facing.
Q: Tell us about your contribution to the society
When I was started learning about the spirituality. The first thing was changed in my life and that was instead of complaining or blaming others I started asking myself for more wisdom and clarity to overcome the situations. And started spreading awareness to all my students. As I was always connected with students and parents since my teenage and after completion of my graduation. Many students and parents were came to me and asked my help for their kids behavioural issues & academic challenges.
The journey started from neighbours, relatives, friends and then unknown people. Also I started educating woman who wanted to be independent in terms of finance. So my journey of academic teacher as well as life coach was always goes simultaneously.
Q: How did you plan to be a Mental Health Expert/Healer/Counsellor, what was the key challenge?
In 2013 one day I was in my office and suddenly felt that something is missing in my life. This is not my life purpose, as the years of almost a decade has been passed after my marriage and I was also so much busy with my family life and it was so much blissful life I was already enjoying.
And due to this enjoyful life I was almost forgotten rather I had left my journey towards search of truth of my life which I was started in my childhood . I started asking my soul purpose. Because before &after my marriage I had faced some health, wealth & financial challenges. And my nature is that whenever any challenge comes I always research it at deeper level with the help of spirituality awareness.
Before 2013 when I used to guide people for changing their mindset as I could. But they used to tell me that you change your mindset with affirmations and all but we can’t. So I asked myself what to do so that it will be easy to guide me to the other people too.
Soin 2013onwards I started learning so many healing modalities and became an healer. So it helped me a lot as healing helped them to uplift their vibrations and counselling helped them for right mindset.
I found that I am always tagged as a very much emotional and less practical person, can trust anyone very easily. And I found that I need to work upon it. So in 2013 I started learning so many healing modalities as I mentioned above and also started guiding people. During this journey and with my past experiences I found that so many people are suffering from mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, tension, stress, fears, fobias, health challenges, finance challenges, relationship challenges, mood swings.
During all these my contribution, I found that many parents are coming with their kids for the challenges of anxiety, depressions, fear, lack of interest in studies, behavioural issues
Q: explain about your career and the challenges that you faced starting your career.
Whatever I ask I always receive. I ask that I need a job which will be aligned with my academic learning. As I was commerce graduate I found a job as a banker. But as it was not my soul purpose so even if I was working in a bank I was always connected with students, mothers, parents & people as a academic teacher & life coach.
I wanted to quit my bank job & wanted to pursue my dream life to run my own preschool. But my husband was not agree with this because his thought was that banking job is so much secured and less hectic as compared to own preschool. But he never stopped me to pursue my passion alongwith my banking profession.
But in my whole corporate life I faced so many mental health challenges like stress, anxiety, depression & victim of jealousy. So During my banking career I learnt so many Spiritual learnings as well as many healing modalities as I mentioned earlier. Was it easy? Ofcourse not. Being a wife& a mother it was very much challenging task for me. But I never left my passion. I worked very hard. During this period I got so many divine help.
Till 2019 I was pursuing 2 profession as a operational manager at Bank and as a healer, counseller& life coach. In July 2019 I decided to quit my bank job and pursued my healing profession. 2019 was the most difficult phase in my life. In September 2019 I was diagnosed with deep depression, schizophrenic, hallucination. Because of this my professional life was ended. My married life was also got disturbed.
All my Life time achievement was lost. I became Zero in regards to finance, health & relationship. No one was with me except my kids and my siblings. My elder brother took me to psychiatric. Doctor told that because of heavy stress of so many years it was happened to me. She gave me medicines but I was throwing all the medicines. During that period one of my family friend came and she guided my elder brother that I am a victim of black magic. She helped my elder brother & I got help from the person who was well aware of how to deal with it.
And afterwards I started recovering. Doctor used to tell me & my brothers that I will not do any job or work henceforth. But each time she used to say “No” My heart replied to me “yes I can and I will overcome this situation and will achieve my soul’s highest purpose.” I was not aware what exactly I have to do, what is my soul purpose. But feeling was that I was very much trust worthy child of divine.
Divine will henceforth guide me. I totally surrendered to divine & was rested in peace. It was really my rebirth time. I did so many self healing process with divine guidance. Till March 2020, I was littlebit fine. I came back to this life’s reality and realised everything whatever I had achieved since my birth, I lost everything. My confidence also. But I didn’t loose my trust on divine.
I just told myself whatever was happened to me was just for my soul’s highest self growth purpose and divine will take care of me because I am a blessed child. After that my husband was also started taking care of me. My kids and siblings are always there with me during this difficult time.
September 2019 to September 2021 I lived a life of housewife. I enjoyed that timeline too. And as I am a passionate learner so from March 2020 again started my learning journey. I started learning psychology, child psychology, human psychology. I did my diploma in Early childhood care which was requisite for running preschool.
So when I could not guide the people I utilise that period for self learning and also as I was housewife and Covid was there so enjoyed my motherhood with my both kids. So it was the most beautiful and joyful period that I was with my kid whole days. All my classes were online. So no travelling nothing extra efforts. Only household work, self study and my kids study. And joyful time with them.
In October 2021, again I started my second inning as a woman entrepreneurI found that more than 70% of people in India are not aware the importance of mental health and even if they know, they are not freely visited for counselling & healing. They do not know how it works? They felt that whatever in our destiny it will happened accordingly.
They don’t have trust on this healing modalities. For major mental illness like anxiety, depression, schizophrenic, hallucinations, Learning disabilities like Autism, ADHD, OCD, Mood swings all are prefers the medical treatment and Occupational Therapy only. Of course it helps but counselling and healing helps for speedy recovery and goes to the core of that illness. Because all mental & physical illness, financial & relationship challenges are the outcomes of our mind psychology. What we think that we become.
I started academic teaching and was decided henceforth I willnot pursue counselling, healing, life coach. I will never tell anyone that I know all this. But destiny and divine when both work together and they know you better, who you are? and what is your soul purpose? then they starts their offerings. Especially when we work hard even in our hard times without blaming anyone. It means divine has given us test and we have passed it with distinction.
So in January 2022 some Autism parents came to me and asked me to train their kids. Earlier I used to refuse it. But this time I accepted it. Because this time I was aware what is the pain of living in virtual world, mental illness, disassociation with reality, social fobia. Because I was into it for almost 6 months. I remembered my mother how she was felt when I was in to the mental illness. She did so many things for me& lovingly took care of me and my kids’ care. Whoever & whatever was telling to her for my betterment she did all that things for me.
I remembered her pain & feelings too. As earlier also I was having this skill to train them but I was not interested in them. But after my own mental illness, with whole heartedly I accepted this profession of healing autism & learning disabled kids.
And as per my nature, I deeply researched on Autism & all major mental illnesses from November 2021 to December 2022. And found my own ManoRagini, The Power of Creation with Mind 5 elements which will help for speedy recovery of these mental illnesses along with other required therapies if any.
I used it during my own mental illness and started helping others too with this. Where people were under medication for more than 6 months but with myManoRagini therapy and other healing modalities they were able to come out of these illnesses in one month or in lesser time too.
When I started spreading this awareness people were not ready to listen all this. Past life karma plays a major role in our life and we can change the situation by applying right mindset at each situation. People are always telling me their victim story but not choosing to take control of their life by themselves. Everyone are blaming each other but no one is ready to take the responsibility. But now people are also trusting the healing process.
Q: What are your future plans and projects?
In my whole life I studied so many occult science & mind psychology. I have invested more than 30 years of my life and huge amount of my income for this learning. When my first journey was started, I was nothing. But I could achieved good amount of finance, good health, healthy relationships with all, loving & caring relationship with my family. Since 2017, It was my spiritual awakening period which was the most painful experience as my kundalini was awakening process was started without any help of master.
In 2019 my health, wealth, family relationship, career was lost. I was zero. But again I started my second inning, but this time divinity started guiding me and with the blessings of Shiv Shakti, Lord Krishna, shree Swami Samarth and so many invisible energies I started blossoming in very natural fragrance of mine. My many hidden powers came into surface and divinity started guiding me how to use it? And I started using it in my healing and counselling.
Self healing is very much important and it helps us to come out of mental & physical health issues, financial issues, Relationship issues. I was already knowing all these so helped me to live better life than earlier. So now wanted to teach this self healing modalities to all. So that everyone can live better life on this. planet earth.
They can come from victim zone to possible world zone. And my ManoRagini, The Power of Creation with mind 5 elements will help all as guide to achieve right mindset at all the difficult and ease situations. In 2018 I had started to teach Healing modalities to people that I will start to the masses online/offline. Because self healing will help people to sudden shift in their current life challenges and can live blissful life with healthy, wealthy, loving & caring way.
Q: Tell us about your organisation
Unique Pathway is an ISO 9001:2015 certified institute. We are imparting education to preschoolers including special needs students ( Autism/ADHD/OCD/Speech Delay/any other learning Disabilities) and also all types of counselings and healings are available for all age groups.
We are conducting all the above mentioned ( Preschool, Educational classes, Counseling, healings) and other brain development activities in the following categories:

Q: Tell us one thing which you feel that sets you/your organisation apart from other
Unique Pathway as the name suggests, I felt that everyone on this planet earth are having their own unique fragrance. If we all work upon it and became the best version of ourselves then there will be more harmony on our planet earth. We all will enjoy peace and bliss in the real sense. We all are human being but due to competition & many negativity in our surroundings we are forgetting our original sense and that ishumanity, but if we acknowledged that soon we will empowered ourself with our unique fragrance and started blossoming like flowers in the beautiful botanical garden.
