Hours after the wedding, the wife of a motivational speaker accused him of domestic violence

New Delhi: Well-known social media influencer and motivational speaker Vivek Bindra is charged with domestic abuse against his spouse. According to police, his brother-in-law has filed a case in Sector 126 of Noida against him.

Vaibhav Kwatra, Bindra’s wife Yanika’s brother, filed a complaint with the police claiming that the event happened in Sector 94 of Noida, at the Supernova West Residency, where the pair dwells.

During the small hours of December 7, Bindra and his mother Prabha got into a heated argument. According to authorities, what started out as a family argument took a disturbing turn when Yanika tried to intervene and was physically attacked by Bindra. Yanika’s body is said to have significant wounds from the assault, as seen in a video that went viral on social media.

As per the information provided in the First Information Report, Bindra and Yanika tied the knot on December 6. But Bindra is said to have taken Yanika into a room shortly after the wedding, where she attacked her, yanked her hair, and yelled obscenities at her. According to the lawsuit, Yanika’s hearing is impaired as a result of the assault. It’s said that Bindra also smashed her phone.

According to another well-known Indian motivational speaker and YouTuber, Sandeep Maheshwari, Bindra, the CEO of Bada Business Private Limited (BBPL) and a popular figure with millions of followers on Instagram and YouTube, is also at the center of an apparent scam.

Mr. Maheshwari posted a video named “Big Scam Expose” on his YouTube channel, where he featured student testimonies alleging that Bindra’s company had defrauded them. Bindra has refuted every accusation, though.
