RED DAY CELEBRATION DAV Centenary Public School, Jaipur
Jaipur :- celebrated the Red Color Day on 4th April 2024. All the little angels from Nursery to Grade II dressed up beautifully in red colored clothes. Red, the color of blood and fire, is associated with meanings of love, sensitivity, joy, strength, leadership and determination. It symbolizes action, confidence, and courage. The shades of red made the kids feel bright, lively and cheerful. The day started off with the color red everywhere. Facilitators discussed the significance and importance of the color ‘Red in circle time. The kids enhanced their communication skills as they confidently participated in the “Show and Tell” activity in their classes describing the Red object they brought from home. Different creative activities like finger painting, dabbing, tearing pasting etc were also planned for the kids to tickle their creative nerves.
The ‘Red Day’ celebration was a wonderful learning activity which helped children to sort and classify objects based on colors there by reinforcing cognitive skills. The kids understand the significance of one of the colors, Red and feel the joy of having a vibrant color in their immediate environment. Principal, A.K Sharma bestowed his blessings & motivated the children.
