Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony at St. Xavier’s School, Nevta

The sixth Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony ‘Yuvam’ was grandly organized in the premises of St. Xavier’s School Nevta on 06th April, 2024.
Jaipur :- Students and staff were blessed to have Justice Sameer Jain (Rajasthan High Court) as the Chief Guest of the ceremony. Ms Suchi Singhvi Jain, the guest of honor also encouraged the budding achievers with her inspiring presence. Planting of sapling in the school premises by the chief guest spread the message of environmental care.
The ceremony began with the welcome and felicitation of the special guests. School Principal Fr Sangeeth Raj SJ made a welcome address for all the guests and dignitaries. He urged the parents to maintain a balanced relationship with their wards to make their success journey a true accomplishment. He encouraged both achievers and the teachers for their toil and perseverance. A mesmerizing welcome dance was presented by the young darlings of the school.
School Annual Report was presented by Fr. Arul Antony, Vice Principal of the school. The noble mission, vision and expansion of Xavierian excellence were highlighted through the presentation of the report. Young reporters of the school Media Club Savit and Lavanya also updated the gathering about the year long series of events, activities and achievements witnessed by the school in the year 2023-24. Besides different achievements at inter school level, state, national & international acclaims were also highlighted through a wonderful presentation of visuals.
The chief guest in his address humbly congratulated school for maintaining Xavierian legacy as he went retrospective about his own scholar days at St Xavier’s School. He admired the endless painstaking efforts of Xavier teachers who shaped out a judge out of a naughty school lad. He quoted the pious words of St Kabir and emphasized on paying due reverence to the teachers. He urged the gathering to give a standing ovation to all the Jesuit Fathers and Sisters.
The chief guest also called students from different levels on stage and put up his inquisitions about their regime and habits. The session intended to present real life examples of valuing life and good health above all.
Students were awarded for their excellent academic performance and were honored and congratulated for showcasing their talent in co-scholastic activities as well. Hundred Percent Attendance awardees were ecstatic to receive their award for their regular attendance all through the year. Scintillating dance performance was made by the tiny tots from junior school. The school magazine ‘Excelsior’ was also released with utter pride on this momentous occasion. ‘Ignatius’ Award was given to students from respective grades to uphold ethical nurturing amongst the students.
Xavierite of the year award was given to Nirbhay Singh and Twesha , the out passing students, for their parallel excellence in all spheres.
The audience were seen delighted and mesmerized by the gala display of art and adoration made by the School Band – Silver Strings. School music team also showcased their wonderful presentation to felicitate the spirit of triumph and achievement in the hearts of all winners. School Principal Fr. Sangeet Raj SJ encouraged the gathering with his words of wisdom. The visiting guests admired the school management for their noble endeavours and motivated the students to carry forward the Xavierian legacy with zeal and enthusiasm.
The culmination of the event was done through the expression of gratitude and the vote of thanks by junior school coordinator
