At the conference of block presidents of Congress held on Thursday at the State Congress Office (PCC), Sachin Pilot, In-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, President Govind Dotasara, Harish Chaudhary, and BD Kalla were also in attendance.

Pilot arrived at any Congress state headquarters meeting for the first time following reconciliation at this time. He gave the block presidents advice to stay active and work on the ground during this time.

He stated, “Those who want to win their seat will have to start in the field right now.”

On the old feud between himself and Gehlot, he stated that “all of us who are allegedly leaders will continue to do a little bit here, a little bit will go on between us.” This happens in politics. However, the issues and principles that we have raised previously, and that you will raise as well, will be addressed before the government is formed.

Giving a speech in Jaipur will not work; we will also travel to the area; you must prepare the ground.

Pilot said: “Join the field from today, not 90-100 days before the election, and treat it as zero day.”

Pilot declared that elections have reached a decisive point at the conference of Congress block presidents. Some claim there are 100 days left until the election, while others claim there are 90. It’s a zero day, I say.

You think that the elections officially began today. Waiting to find out when the election campaign will begin is unnecessary; Delhi will make the announcement. Those who want to win their seats must enter the race starting immediately.

The BJP is waiting to see how the results will materialise.

BJP has nothing, the pilot claimed. They are simply waiting for the fruits to appear and fall into our laps, but this will not occur. What recently occurred in Himachal, what recently occurred in Karnataka, will occur here. Listen, even the BJP thinks that we won’t be able to cross in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. If we elect a new government in Rajasthan, the BJP will have no power there in 2024. You can make a resolution, and it will come true.

If the BJP is confident of victory, why are leaders from Delhi visiting Rajasthan?

Pilot stated, “The government has not been re-formed in Rajasthan for 25-30 years, so people believe that the BJP can win here,” but “you people cannot even imagine the head-to-head fighting that is going on within the BJP.” So, at this point, we must inquire as to what the 25 MPs are doing.

Sometimes it’s Nitin Gadkari, sometimes it’s Amit Shah, and sometimes it’s the Prime Minister. Not even a breath. If he believed in himself so much, why are leaders from Delhi arriving every day?

Why isn’t anyone questioning the leaders here? We are sufficient here, and if necessary, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, and Mallikarjun Kharge will join you, but you are our strength.

Pilot stated that the Minister should give the block presidents VIP treatment in front of the administration.

Sachin stated, “Now that our block president has been elected, the government is ours, and the position belongs to the organisation.” In such a case, the minister in charge of the district and any ministers in the district should give block presidents VIP treatment in front of the administration. There is no cost in giving the block president VIP treatment in front of the administration. In the meeting of the minister in charge of the district, the district president and block president should sit and communicate with the collector, SP, and commissioner.

We will give the block presidents space in whatever work we do with the administration, tea is for transfer posting, and if the block presidents are given surgery in front of the administration, the effect of Modi’s victory will be lost.

This should be done by the Chief Minister, Randhawa, and Dotasara. The minister came from somewhere else as an MLA, and he also has a block president. You will not benefit from touring if you limit yourself to administration only during the tour.

At the same press conference, Congress State President Govind Singh Dotasara stated that the entire party is united following the message delivered by National President Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi in Delhi.

When Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge told everyone, we all pretended that there was no group here.

According to Dotasara, I was appointed Vice President of NSUI, Youth Congress, District President, and Sachin Pilot’s executive. In just 15 years, the Congress has elevated me to the position of party president. Whoever works honestly in the party will be rewarded in power and organisation by the party.

We must identify the smallest caste and unite all classes. If anyone has a need or a complaint about the PCC, he should tell us, and if there is a need from the government, he should inform the ministers. We can also communicate with the government via PCC.

In seven days, you are to form a block executive.

Dotasara advised that each block president form their block executive within the next week and suggest to the District Congress Committee that those who are performing well be promoted.

Now we also need to elect the president of the Gramme Panchayat, where candidates who support the Congress will be given preference.
